We understand how difficult it can be to choose personal items online. You are welcome to return any item within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original method of payment using any mail carrier you would prefer. Refunds do not include shipping costs. Please give us an opportunity to serve you better! Our ultimate goal is to be sure you are 100% satisfied. Reach out to us via telephone or email if the items purchased are not the perfect fit for you and your daily practice.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (10 to 14 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We kindly ask that you safely wrap your return parcel, for we will only provide store credit if an item arrives damaged.
